International Talent Agency Rising Stars was founded in 1997 to connect outstanding performers with trusted entertainment employers worldwide. Our talent roster includes dancers, ballroom couples, musicians, vocalists, and circus acts.

We support hiring for cruise ships, hotels, casinos, theme parks, festivals, and other live entertainment venues through structured casting and long-term partner relationships.

Today, Rising Stars represents nearly 20,000 performers and works with clients and production partners across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.

Since 1997, our artists have been contracted in more than 20 countries and on major cruise brands, including RCCL, MSC, Costa, NCL, Princess, Cunard, TUI, HAL, Seabourn, Celebrity, Viking, Silversea, and Azamara.
